Inderjit - Agile Coach and Scrum Master
A Servant Leader experienced in Agile and Business Transformation
Inderjit is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience delivering end to end transformation. Skilled and passionate about creating high performance, self-organising, empowered teams that can deliver in challenging technology, regulatory and economic environments.
Adaptable and resourceful, he works with a range of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban as well as utilising Lean, Systems Thinking and broader change/transformation management ideas to deliver value, support rapid product feedback, drive high quality outcomes and establish the ability to respond quickly to change.
A strong advocate for culture change he influences at all levels of an organisation to ensure leadership understand ideas like value, prioritisation, experimentation and 'go first' in adopting Agile Values and Principles as well as delivering great products to meet customer needs.
These services are available at both the team level for products and services and also at the organisational level for wider complex transformation efforts.
